Camera for Heating furnace is a special CCTV equipment used in high temperature environment, adopting compressed air and circulating water cooling method, the camera is directly inserted into the furnace to observe the operation of the workpiece and the shape of the flame. The camera is directly inserted into the furnace to observe the operation of the workpiece, the melting of the material and the shape of the flame, etc. It can be widely used in metallurgy, electric power, cement, chemical industry, machinery, etc. The RB-TVP09 is mounted on the boiler wall. The system has the function of automatic retraction and automatic insertion. The system adopts high-definition camera, high temperature resistant borescope installed inside the stainless steel cooling jacket. The jacket can allow the camera to work in the high temperature furnace for a long time by water cooling and air cooling structure.

Camera for Heating furnace with retraction device

The pneumatic retraction structure includes: cylinder, guide rail, and mounting bracket. The retraction control system adopts relay control, in the case of low cooling gas pressure, over temperature and power failure, the retraction device can automatically exit the furnace chamber to protect the camera system.
