Camera for Galvanizing furnace is a specialized closed-circuit television (CCTV) device designed for high-temperature environments. The system employs compressed air and circulating water for cooling. This high-temperature camera features a unique structure and auxiliary lighting, allowing the camera probe to be inserted into the annealing furnace for galvanized or tin-plated processes. Through high-definition video, it provides clear observation of the production process, such as the condition of the strip inside the furnace. It is characterized by high-temperature resistance, splash protection, electromagnetic interference shielding, a compact and robust design, stable and clear imaging, and ease of installation and maintenance.
