Camera for RH,VOD,VD furnace
The RB-TVG camera for RH, VOD, and VD furnaces is a special closed-circuit television system designed for high-temperature environments. The system uses compressed air and circulating water for cooling. The high-temperature camera features a unique structure, with the camera probe extending into the water-cooled furnace cover. It provides high-definition observation of production processes, including electrode lifting, electrode submerged arc, molten steel slag layer, molten steel stirring, temperature measurement, and alloy input. The camera offers high resistance to splash, electromagnetic interference, a compact and sturdy design, clear and stable images, and is easy to install and maintain. It is widely used in RH, VD, LF furnaces, and other similar applications.
