We are proud to announce the successful installation and commissioning of a glass furnace monitoring system in cooperation with MAViCO CAM SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETi.

To ensure the system's stable performance under extreme high-temperature conditions, we dispatched an experienced technical team to Kazakhstan. Our engineers provided comprehensive on-site technical support and training, ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment of the system.

Project Overview

The project utilized our self-developed GLASS RB-TVP series furnace monitoring system, specifically designed for harsh industrial environments. Key features of the system include:
- Construction: Made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant 310S stainless steel

- Cooling Protection: Equipped with an air-cooled protection tube and anti-corrosion coating

- Temperature Resistance: Operates reliably in environments up to 2000°C

- Camera Module: Integrated 3-megapixel high-temperature camera with TCP/IP digital network output

- Monitoring Capabilities: Real-time visualization of flames, raw materials, bubbles, and the melting process inside the glass furnace

Technical Training

Following system installation, our team delivered hands-on training for the customer's operational staff. The training covered:

- Basic operation procedures

- Troubleshooting and daily maintenance

- In-depth demonstration of key features, including:

  - Alarm-triggered automatic retraction function

  - Camera parameter configuration

  - Usage of the supporting software
