HTEC-video is pleased to announce the successful deployment of its RB-TemTV-M1500 high-temperature infrared monitoring system at Liansheng Paper (Longhai) Co., Ltd., located in Fujian Province, China. The system has been installed on the world’s third-largest chemical recovery boiler, which boasts a processing capacity of 9600 TDS/D (Total Dissolved Solids per Day), enabling real-time thermal monitoring and enhanced operational safety.

The RB-TemTV-M1500 is specifically engineered for continuous monitoring in harsh, enclosed high-temperature environments such as chemical recovery boilers. It features an optimized optical system and a robust cooling and purging mechanism that effectively prevents dust accumulation on the lens. Additionally, the integrated automatic retraction mechanism protects the optical components under abnormal conditions, ensuring long-term, stable operation.

Equipped with high-resolution infrared imaging and real-time data transmission capabilities, the system allows plant operators to assess combustion conditions, optimize processes, and receive early fault warnings.

In this project, the RB-TemTV-M1500 was installed at the recovery boiler’s entrance. As shown in the on-site image, the infrared camera delivers clear visuals of the combustion zone with accurate and reliable temperature measurements. The system has been running stably, and customer feedback has been highly positive.

Furthermore, the RB-TemTV-M1500 supports multi-area temperature analysis, providing precise thermal data across different regions. As illustrated in the thermal imaging screenshot, the system clearly maps the furnace’s internal temperature distribution, with peak values not exceeding 1116°C. Overall, the device enables continuous, long-term operation, offering users actionable insights for temperature monitoring and combustion analysis.
