The Camera for Glass Furnace is made of 310S stainless steel and features an air-water-cooled protective tube with a corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant coating on the outer layer. It can be directly inserted into the furnace (up to 2000℃) for continuous real-time monitoring. Equipped with a 3-million-pixel high-temperature camera and a sapphire high-temperature lens, the system can clearly monitor materials, flames, bubbles, and other critical conditions inside the furnace.
Product features
■ Using a megapixel high-definition image sensor, the furnace image is clearer; ■ Unique wind and water cooling protection, so that the probe can be used in 2000℃ environment; ■ Image signal digital TCP / IP network output, image without interference; ■ The probe adopts the pneumatic exit device; ■ The probe can automatically exit the furnace protection under the condition of over-temperature, gas break and power failure; ■ The probe is made of special high temperature resistant stainless steel material, with high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance; ■ Fixed installation on the kiln for full monitoring. | |
Product superiority
■ Online observation of the flame burning in the furnace;
■ Online observation of the entire melting process of the glass liquid in the furnace;
■ High reliability structural design, the equipment is basically maintenance-free;
■ High-performance HD image sensor allows clear images in the furnace;
■ For different kilns, we can provide probes of different sizes to meet on-site use requirements.
System technical parameters | Requirements for cooling water and cooling gas
|
■ Probe maximum temperature: ≤2000℃ (under wind and water cooling conditions) Image pixels: 3 million ■ Field of view angle: 45°~90° ■ Observation method: direct view ■ Data output method: TCP/IP network ■ Effective usable length of probe: 250mm~600mm (optional) | ■ gas 1. Pressure: 0.4 to 0.7MPa (i. e. 4-7 kg) 2. Flow rate: 10 to 20 m ³ / h (m ³ / h is cubic meters / hour) 3. temperature:20℃ to 35℃ 4. Clean instrument gas must be used, otherwise unclean cooling gas air will pollute the lens and blur the lens. ■ water 1. Water removing removal (soft water) 2. Water inflow pressure: 3-6bar (namely 3-6 kg) 3. Temperature: ≤35℃ temperature 4. Water flow: not less than 15 L/min (L/min "liter / per minute") |
