For example, manual inspection not only involves safety risks but also cannot achieve 24-hour continuous monitoring. In addition, it is difficult to obtain key combustion process data required for production optimization.

Customized Furnace Monitoring Solutions for Glass Horseshoe Furnaces

The core functions of the system include:

1. High-temperature monitoring capability

The system adopts an industrial-grade thermal insulation and cooling structure, combined with an air-water cooling system.

This enables continuous monitoring inside furnaces under ultra-high-temperature environments exceeding 1,000°C.

2. Clear and stable furnace image monitoring

The equipment uses a pinhole-type long-focus lens combined with an air curtain dust protection structure and an automatic withdrawal mechanism.

During operation, only the lens section is inserted into the furnace.

The front end of the lens adopts an air curtain structure, which continuously purges the viewing window area. This effectively prevents dust and volatile substances inside the furnace from contaminating the lens, ensuring clear and stable monitoring images.

The equipment is also equipped with an automatic withdrawal device.

The mechanism adopts a rodless cylinder transmission design and is equipped with an air storage tank. In situations such as low air pressure, excessive temperature, water supply failure, power failure, or gas interruption, the device can quickly retract from the furnace, preventing potential damage.

3. Local and remote operation integration

In addition to the local control cabinet installed near the furnace, the system is also equipped with remote alarm and operation functions in the central control room.

This enables coordinated management between on-site operation and remote monitoring.

Both field operators and control room personnel can monitor and manage equipment operation status in real time.

4. 24-hour continuous real-time monitoring

The system supports continuous 24-hour monitoring, providing operators with real-time visibility of furnace conditions.
