Product Introduction    

Connect to SLR camera, industrial video camera, eyepiece, three ways, the endoscope can directly extend into the high temperature kiln to observe the condition inside the kiln.

Product Features 

■ Diagnosis and control: Check and eliminate faults during kiln operation;

■ Assisted judgment: The kiln engineer determines the degree of erosion of the refractory material in the furnace lining to determine whether maintenance is required;

■ Daily maintenance, diagnosis and inspection of the operating kiln: Observe the burning, erosion, collapse, etc. of the refractory bricks in the kiln lining, and assist the kiln engineer to make preventive judgments on the degree of erosion damage inside the melting furnace.
