The RB-TemTV-09 IR-Camera for Glass Furnace is a temperature monitoring system designed for glass melting. It is particularly suitable for full-furnace temperature analysis in various types of glass melting furnaces. The compact design of the RB-TemTV-09 thermal analyzer allows the probe to be inserted directly into the furnace to continuously monitor the working status of the flame, materials, and melting temperature in real time. It also enables simultaneous monitoring of the temperature of refractory materials. The system allows users to define temperature measurement zones and set threshold temperatures. If the measured temperature exceeds the threshold, users can detect abnormalities via image and video alarm devices. Additionally, the system stores temperature data for later review.

Product features

■ Glass RB-TemTV-09 probe can penetrate dust and thermal radiation to observe images that ordinary high-temperature cameras cannot see. And real-time temperature measurement of the measured material image;

Using air cooling and water cooling protection, Glass RB-TemTV-09 probe can be directly extended into the kiln (below 2000℃) for continuous real-time monitoring. Scientific design for air flow distribution forms a rotating wind curtain at the front of the lens, increasing the strength and sweeping area of the wind curtain, and effectively preventing the dust in the furnace from contacting the lens objective. The system equipment can operate continuously and stably for a long time without maintenance.

The infrared probe with independent intellectual property rights has an unparalleled temperature range, which can meet the real-time temperature measurement and image analysis of materials with a temperature range of 850~1800℃ or 1000~1900℃.

■ The sampling system performs real-time analysis on the measured temperature and retains historical temperature data or alarm data for future production viewing. Through quantifiable kiln temperature analysis, users can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of material combustion.

It has both imaging and temperature measurement functions (the best combination of ordinary high-temperature television and temperature measurement).
