The RB-TVG furnace camera system is specifically designed for high-temperature furnaces in the metallurgical industry, such as RH, VOD, and VD furnaces. The system uses compressed air and circulating water for cooling. The high-temperature camera features a unique structure, with the camera probe extending into the water-cooled furnace cover. It provides high-definition observation of production processes, including electrode lifting, electrode submerged arc, molten steel slag layer, molten steel stirring, temperature measurement, and alloy input. The camera offers high resistance to splash, electromagnetic interference, a compact and sturdy design, clear and stable images, and is easy to install and maintain. It is widely used in RH, VD, LF furnaces, and other similar applications.
