The camera is directly inserted into the furnace to observe the workpiece operation and flame shape. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, power generation, cement, chemicals, and machinery. The RB-TVP09-G60 is mounted on the boiler wall and features automatic retraction and insertion. The system includes a high-definition camera and a high-temperature-resistant borescope housed inside a stainless steel cooling jacket, which allows the camera to operate continuously in high-temperature furnaces through both water and air cooling.

Camera for Power Boiler with retraction device
The pneumatic retraction structure consists of a cylinder, guide rail, and mounting bracket. The retraction control system uses relay control, and in the event of low cooling gas pressure, overheating, or power failure, the retraction device can automatically withdraw from the furnace chamber to protect the camera system.
