Recently, HTEC-video participated in the environmental energy project of Cixi Zhongke Zhongmao Environmental Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Cixi Zhongke”), installing two sets of high-temperature monitoring systems on each of four grate incinerators with a daily processing capacity of 750 tons, achieving visualization of key areas inside the furnace.

The eight systems adopt the RB-TVP09 series, providing 24-hour continuous monitoring of the main combustion zone of the furnace. The monitoring scope covers flame characteristics and combustion uniformity, waste feeding and turning conditions, grate operation status, and blockage risks, among other critical operating conditions. Operators can monitor the combustion status at any time and optimize the air supply ratio, thereby improving thermal efficiency, reducing the probability of incomplete combustion and grate slagging, effectively extending equipment service life and lowering operation and maintenance costs. 

“Many thanks to the HTEC-video team for providing us with a mature solution to upgrade our furnaces. In the past, we mainly relied on operators’ experience and visual observation through inspection ports. Now, we can easily grasp the furnace conditions directly from the central control room,” said the project manager of Cixi Zhongke.
