HTEC-video has recently completed the delivery and installation of three high-performance in-furnace monitoring systems for Yantai Lubao Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BAOSTEEL. This cooperation marks the deepened collaboration between HTEC-video and a leading enterprise in China’s steel industry.

During the project implementation, we dispatched three commissioning engineers to the site to complete the equipment installation and commissioning. Systematic training was also provided to Yantai Lubao’s technical personnel, including:

Alarm Function Demonstration:
On-site simulations were carried out under conditions such as overpressure, gas cutoff, and water supply failure. The alarm in the control box would automatically activate, while the control room would also receive and record the alarm events, enabling the customer to better understand the alarm capabilities.

Automatic Insertion and Retraction Operation:
A detailed demonstration was conducted on the automatic insertion and retraction process of the camera in high-temperature environments. The retraction system adopts a rodless cylinder design, allowing the probe to be automatically withdrawn from the furnace in emergency situations. In addition, operators can control the probe to extend or retract either locally or remotely, ensuring stable operation under high-temperature and harsh conditions and extending the equipment’s service life.

Software Operation and Parameter Adjustment:
Detailed instructions were provided on the software interface, parameter optimization methods, and image adjustment techniques for common scenarios, ensuring that the customer can manage the system independently and efficiently.
